What is the Moving with Dunn Experience?

Moving with Dunn is a virtual fitness experience that serves as a fundraiser for Melissa Dunn's campaign. Melissa is currently running for City of Lauderhill Commissioner - Seat 2 and one of her missions is to create healthier communities. What better way to do that than with a fun experience? We will gather virtually to improve our physical and mental fitness.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Option 1
Run or walk in-person (5k, 10k or half marathon) with Melissa Dunn on September 26th starting on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Mask & social distancing required.
Option 2
Run from any location you choose on September 26th. You can run, walk on the road, on the trail, or on the treadmill at the gym. You get to run your own race as a 5k, 10k or half marathon, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
Option 3
Participate in our weekly virtual fitness classes from Aug 31st - Sept 24th. Classes are held every Mon. & Wed at 7pm and include Zumba, Yoga, Dance Fitness and more.
Option 4
Participate in the in-person or virtual run and virtual fitness classes.
